Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated professional to work with older adults in a residential mental health program. Your role will involve supporting residents as they re-learn or gain new skills to live independently in the community. You will work closely with managers, external primary care & clinical staff, and assist with daily activities such as cleaning, cooking and shopping.
* Your responsibilities include using the recovery approach, monitoring medication management, and identifying opportunities for education, training and employment.
