Day‐to‐Day Responsibilities
* Lead, mentor, and develop a high‐performing sales team.
* Understand customer requirements and decision‐making processes to deliver tailored solutions.
* Canvas new customer markets and identify growth opportunities.
* Build and maintain a strong pipeline of sales activity.
* Oversee accurate and compelling vehicle listings across digital platforms.
* Manage stock levels, trade‐ins, and sales processes to meet dealership and manufacturer standards.
* Work towards and achieve monthly and annual sales objectives.
