**Job Title:** Asset Transition Manager
The key to success in this role is a seamless transition of assets, systems and documentation between project phases or operational teams. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all handover packages are delivered on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
* Coordinate the delivery of handover packages across different teams.
* Identify and allocate resources to meet national requirements.
* Support project teams with issues that require escalation by coordinating with Subject Matter Experts throughout the organization.
* Develop processes and tools for continuous improvement.
* Provide training for new team members.
* Act on feedback from stakeholders.
* Assist with tender preparation and resource allocation.
* Provide technical support for national asset transitions.
* Monitor and communicate updates to DEQMS to internal stakeholders.
