* 5+ years of experience in PM
* Willing to travel 2 days per week to build Sites in the North East (2 hours drive Max)
* Worked on projects between $2M-$6M
* Has had hands-on experience from a carpentry perspective - preferred
* High-End residential and Architectural designed homes
* Skilled in contract admin, project coordination and PM tasks
* Deadlines and challenges need to be handled efficiently
* Ability to manage multiple sites at once.
* Works well with clients, carpenters and building admin team - good communicator
