Salary
Base pay range : A$173,690.00/yr – A$188,106.00/yr
The Opportunity
The Commission is seeking to fill the new position of Assistant Director Investigative and Intelligence Capability. This role will oversee the Commission's proactive investigative stream, developing and delivering investigative, analytical and intelligence capabilities—including human intelligence capabilities—to support the successful delivery of our serious misconduct and unexplained wealth investigative functions.

Qualifications & Experience
- Extensive experience leading high‑performing operational and/or investigative teams in the successful conduct of complex, intelligence‑led investigations within relevant legislation, policies and procedures.
- Demonstrated experience in the use of covert operational methodologies, including human intelligence capabilities.
- Demonstrated experience in capability and personnel development.
- Experience in capability development, program coordination and project delivery across investigative and intelligence functions.
Eligibility
- Australian citizen or immediately eligible for citizenship.
- Appointment conditional on satisfactory completion of a rigorous security clearance process.
- Available to work outside normal business hours as required.
- Hold an unrestricted Driver’s Licence.
