You will have:
1. A proven record of using and integrating new technology, knowledge and skills into work practices and procedures to achieve established work standards.
2. Highly developed negotiation and problem-solving skills.
3. Highly developed oral, written, and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal or external clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
4. Demonstrated ability to analyse problems and proactively to resolve issues that involve a number of competing priorities.
Knowledge of relevant legislation, statutes, and codes; and applied knowledge to assess land use applications and manage privately developed public infrastructure proposals
Remuneration (inc. super): commencing from $71,691 to $128,746 gross per annum depending on skills and experience.
