Job Profile:
A senior carpentry professional is required to oversee formwork activities, ensure safe work practices, and deliver high-quality outcomes for clients.
Main Responsibilities:
* Carry out carpentry works including formwork construction, installation, and dismantling for concrete structures.
* Lead and supervise site teams to ensure tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to required standards.
* Coordinate daily activities, allocate tasks, and provide support across all carpentry operations.
Essential Requirements:
* Certificate III in Carpentry or equivalent qualification.
* Proven experience in formwork, structural carpentry, and/or civil construction carpentry.
* Previous leading hand or team-lead experience highly regarded.
