**About the Role**:
Join a dynamic team as a **Specialist, Employee & Labour Relations**, where you'll play a key role in driving positive workplace outcomes. This position offers an exciting opportunity to support employee and relations while ensuring compliance with employment laws, managing disputes, and contributing to a collaborative and fair work environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Build and maintain relationships with union representatives and employee groups
- Assist in negotiating collective bargaining agreements
- Support compliance with industrial agreements, policies, and legislation
- Help manage and resolve industrial disputes
- Provide guidance on employee relations matters such as conflict resolution and performance management
- Assist in policy development and ensure alignment with legal requirements
- Conduct audits, risk assessments, and workplace investigations
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align employee relations strategies with business goals
- Provide training and support to managers on employment law and best practices
- Contribute to policy implementation and continuous improvement
- Monitor legislation changes and advise the business accordingly
**Key Skills & Experience**:
- Relevant qualifications
- Experience in industrial and employment relations
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven ability to manage complex employee relations issues
