We are one of the largest providers to the NDIS, supporting over 10,000 participants every year with the care they need, when and where it is needed. We have a multi-disciplinary team approach, building a quality support service around the needs and goals of our participants and their families. As a well-established and trusted provider of therapeutic, positive behaviour and employment supports, we're excited to expand into the Taree region with the opening of a brand‑new clinic.
Responsibilities
* Manage a caseload of NDIS participants, delivering timely and high‑quality therapeutic services.
* Conduct comprehensive assessments of emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental, and physical functioning using clinical observations and standardised tools.
* Interpret assessment findings to develop individualised, goal‑oriented treatment plans.
* Deliver evidence‑based interventions that empower participants to achieve greater independence and quality of life.
* Support and mentor graduate and early‑career clinicians, fostering professional growth and development.
* Stay up to date with NDIS legislation and ensure all practices are compliant with current guidelines.

Qualifications
* Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy and current AHPRA registration.
* Minimum 5 years experience as an Occupational Therapist, ideally working across a varied caseload and lifespan.
* A genuine interest in supporting diverse clients in both clinic and community‑based settings.
* Proven ability to work independently while remaining engaged with a collaborative, multi‑disciplinary team.
* A strong commitment to delivering high‑quality, evidence‑based therapeutic interventions.
* A current NDIS Worker Screening Check (NDISWC).
* A valid paid employment NSW Working With Children Check (WWCC).
* A current Australian driver's licence.
* Access to a reliable, comprehensively insured vehicle.
* The right to work in Australia.
