Technology CII is seeking an IT Service Desk Analyst (Mandarin speaking) in Australia, Victoria, City of Monash to deliver first-class technical support in a fast-paced environment. This temporary role provides an opportunity to contribute to a critical technology department within the life science industry.

Your responsibilities include troubleshooting IT-related issues and providing customer-focused technical support. Required skills include fluent Mandarin and English, and a degree in IT or relevant experience.

The position offers a competitive hourly rate between AUD 30-33, within a supportive work environment.
