Concentis is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor / Site Manager to lead our clients construction teams across high-end residential projects in Loganholme, QLD. You'll be responsible for on-site delivery, coordinating subcontractors, managing timelines, and ensuring projects meet our high-quality standards. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of projects while working with a collaborative, skilled team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.
* Manage subcontractors, trade teams, and site personnel to deliver projects on time and on budget.
* Coordinate with Pre-Construction, Estimating, and Client teams to ensure seamless workflow and client satisfaction.
* Track project progress, resolve on-site issues, and ensure compliance with all construction and quality standards.
* Maintain accurate site records, reports, and documentation for project handovers.
* Identify opportunities to improve site processes and construction workflows.
About You:
* Proven experience as a Site Supervisor, Site Manager, or similar in residential construction
* Strong leadership skills and ability to manage teams effectively
* Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
* Confident communicator with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders
* Sound knowledge of construction methods, regulations, and safety standards
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction management systems
