About the Role
As a Project Manager, you'll oversee the full project lifecycle from pre-construction through to handover, ensuring high-quality outcomes are delivered safely, on time and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leading the planning and delivery of civil construction projects
* Coordinating with site supervisors, subcontractors, and consultants
* Managing project budgets, timelines, and progress reporting
* Ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards
* Building strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities
* Driving quality outcomes while mentoring junior team members
Skills and Experience Required:
* A background in civil construction, commercial streetscape/landscape, or public realm works
* Strong leadership and communication skills to manage teams and build trust with stakeholders
* Sound knowledge of construction programs, contract administration, and project financials
* A practical understanding of WHS, environmental, and quality assurance frameworks
* Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, or similar (preferred but not essential)
