* Helping customers find the perfect BBQ, smoker, heater or outdoor piece
* Keeping the store looking its best (cleaning, merchandising, stock work)
* Supporting the team during busy periods and peak trade
* Learning our products so you can chat confidently with customers
* Jumping in wherever needed — we're all about "One Team" here
What we're looking for
* A friendly, outgoing personality
* Someone reliable, switched on, and ready to learn
* Retail experience is great, but not essential
* Availability across weekends and peak trading periods
* Someone who isn't afraid to get their hands dirty (we lift boxes, build displays and move stock)
