Position Description:

Admin Support Person - Real Estate

About Us: We are a dynamic and rapidly growing real estate agency focused on delivering exceptional property sales experiences. Our founders and sales team are committed to achieving great results and require dedicated administrative support to help manage day-to-day operational tasks.

Role Overview: The Admin Support Person will assist our real estate team by handling administrative duties to ensure smooth communication and efficient processing of documents and sales procedures. The role involves coordinating with vendors, clients, and our industry partners, supporting sales transactions and internal operations.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage and coordinate email communications with vendors, buyers, and trusted partners.

· Prepare, distribute, and maintain records of essential documents, including contracts, agreements, and settlement paperwork.

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the CRM system.

· Assist sales agents and founders with scheduling meetings, calendar management, and client follow-ups.

· Proactively identify administrative issues and resolve them efficiently.

· Liaise regularly with solicitors, conveyancers, brokers, and other industry stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions.

Skills and Qualifications:

· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

· Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

· Competent with technology and software such as CRMs, DocuSign, email systems, and general office tools.

· Prior administrative experience, preferably within real estate or a related industry.

· Minimum of 3+ years administrative experience required.

· Self-motivated and capable of working independently.

· Australian work rights required for this position.
