We are currently seeking an experienced Engine Workshop Supervisor to lead a skilled team within a dynamic aviation maintenance environment based in Wagga Wagga, NSW.
This is a hands‐on leadership role responsible for overseeing engine shop and wheel bay operations, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and airworthiness.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and supervise workshop technicians in the repair and overhaul of gas turbine engines (primarily GE CT7 series), batteries, wheels, and brakes
* Plan and coordinate manpower, tooling, and resources to meet operational deadlines
* Maintain compliance with aviation regulations and WHS standards
* Drive efficiency, cost control, and continuous improvement initiatives
* Support audits and uphold quality assurance standards
What We're Looking For
* 5+ years of hands‐on experience in gas turbine engine workshop environments
* Demonstrated leadership experience within an aviation maintenance setting
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Ability to obtain and maintain an Aviation Security Identity Card (ASIC)
Preferred experience includes working with GE CT7 or T700 series engines.
