About the Role
Empire Composites Pty Ltd is a leading manufacturer of high-quality custom composite vessels. We specialise in producing premium bespoke boats built to exceptional standards of craftsmanship, performance and finish.
Key Responsibilities
* Construction and assembly of custom vessels to the highest standards.
* Working with composite, fibreglass and marine-grade materials.
* Reading and interpreting technical drawings and build documentation.
* Performing finishing work including fairing, trimming, fitting and sanding.
* Collaborating with designers and workshop teams to meet project milestones.
Requirements
* Boat Builder: Proven hands-on experience in boatbuilding or marine composites.
* Lead Boat Builder: Extensive experience (ideally 5+ years) in senior or lead boatbuilding roles.
