Job Opportunity: Non-Executive Director
We are seeking two independent voluntary directors to join our board and contribute their expertise in not-for-profits and Central Queensland.
Key Responsibilities:
* Establish the organisation's strategic direction and vision.
* Monitor performance indicators and provide guidance on areas for improvement.
* Proactively manage risk and ensure compliance with governance best practices.
The board meets approximately six times per year, providing an opportunity for directors to engage with stakeholders and drive organisational growth.
