Key Responsibilities:
* Provide day-to-day administration and reception support.
* Assist with sales contracts, listings, and compliance requirements
* Support the sales team with client care and communication
* Maintain accurate records and update internal systems
* Ensure office operations run smoothly and efficiently
Requirements:
* Current Real Estate Registration
* Demonstrated administrative/reception experience with trust account experience
* Passion for customer service and building strong relationships
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication with a polished presentation
* Ability to multitask and manage competing deadlines
* Current QLD driver's licence
* Team player with a desire to build a long-term career in real estate
