**Your new company**
This Federal Government Intelligence Agency is a vital member of Australia's national security community and oversees many functions including cybersecurity and foreign signals intelligence. Their mission is to protect Australia's interests on both the national and international stage.
The agency currently has vacancies in the People branch for a multitude of roles between APS4, APS5 and APS6 levels. The People branch is responsible for recruitment and onboarding of a large number of employees across the agency. This area is looking for experienced, reliable, and responsible individuals with a strong HR and APS background.
**Your new role**
There are a number of positions available across the branch, your day-to-day tasks may align with one or more of the following points, dependent on which position you are found suitable for.
APS4 - APS6 Recruitment Support Officers duties will include:
- Advertising positions using eRecruit, APSJobs and Universal McCann
- Provide support and recruitment advice to business areas
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to build strong working relationships
- Group mailbox management
- Scheduling and facilitation of interviews and assessment centres
- Request referee checks in support of recruitment activities
- Respond to merit pool requests
- Accurate data entry and high attention to detail
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
APS6 Divisional Recruitment Managers duties will include:
- Provide Strategic Recruitment advice and support for the recruitment of the agency's employees
- Coordination of Divisional recruitment requirements
- Management of Divisional recruitment plans
- Guide and implement business improvements
- Develop and coordinate specialist recruitment activities and plans
- Work with key stakeholders to identify workforce requirements
- Provide targeted strategic recruitment advice including assisting in the development of marketing and/or attraction strategies
**What you'll need to succeed**
You will need to be an Australian citizen and currently hold a Government Security Clearance at the minimum baseline level.
