We are seeking a Senior Physiotherapist to join our team on a permanent full-time basis, working 76 hours per fortnight.
Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for completing initial physiotherapy assessments to understand each client's unique goals and contribute to the development of individual care plans.
Key responsibilities include:
* Developing personalized therapy programs to support clients in reaching their rehabilitation goals
* Supervising therapy assistants and providing supervision to physiotherapists
* Participating actively in the weekly site MDT meetings to support safe and effective care
Requirements:
* A strong commitment to providing safe, high-quality care
* Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
* Demonstrated experience as a Physiotherapist assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating client care
* Experience working effectively within a multidisciplinary team and supervising therapy assistants
* A current satisfactory National Police Certificate and Western Australian 'C' Class Driver's License
