About the Role
As a Senior Change Manager, you will lead end‑to‑end change planning and execution for initiatives across our store network. As a project requires, you will have direct responsibility for Deployment Leads and Coaches, and have oversight of the rollout in stores, ensuring projects are implemented smoothly and sustainably with minimal disruption and optimal outcomes.
Key responsibilities for this role include:
* Leading the change planning and execution using established change methodologies and techniques across large, multi‑site initiatives
* Providing direction and oversight to Deployment Leads, ensuring coordinated planning, readiness and effective transition into BAU
* Effectively engaging with stakeholders and creation of key resources to enable smooth change processes
About You and Your Skills
You're an experienced change manager with a strong foundation in change frameworks, tools and techniques, and bring a thoughtful strategic approach to leading change in complex operational environments. Your ability to lead teams through high‑pressure periods while maintaining quality, alignment, and clarity of communication. Your professionalism, adaptability and problem solving abilities means you're able to build credibility with stakeholders quickly.
You will also have:
* Proven experience designing and managing change across large, multi‑site/ multi‑programs
* communicator with analytical capability adept with change and project methodologies
* Skilled in stakeholder engagement, risk mitigation, readiness planning, and issue resolution
* Willingness to learn and a desire for continuous improvement.
