At HortiGreen Landscapes, we look after gardens that genuinely matter, from long-term homeowners to retirement villages and elderly clients who rely on us to keep their outdoor spaces safe, tidy, and enjoyable.
We're growing steadily and are now looking for an experienced Garden Maintenance Team Leader to join our friendly, down-to-earth team.
This is a hands-on role where your skills, reliability, and people skills will be appreciated every single day.

About the Role
You'll lead a small 2-person crew, working across a range of residential and managed properties around Adelaide. You'll be trusted to run your day, deliver quality results, and build great relationships with clients who genuinely value your work.
Your day-to-day will include:
* Leading and working alongside a small maintenance crew
* Lawn care, hedging, pruning, mulching and seasonal garden care
* Monitoring plant health and addressing pests, weeds and diseases
* Minor irrigation checks and repairs
* Using and maintaining standard garden equipment
* Communicating professionally and respectfully with clients

About You
You're someone who takes pride in your work, enjoys being outdoors, and treats people with respect.
You'll ideally have:
* Solid experience in garden maintenance or landscaping
* Leadership or "leading hand" experience
* Strong plant knowledge and attention to detail
* A positive, reliable attitude and strong work ethic
* Confidence working with elderly clients and property managers
* Current driver's licence (manual preferred)
Qualifications are great, but not a deal-breaker.
Cert III in Horticulture or similar experience is highly regarded.
Tickets like chainsaw, white card or first aid are a bonus (or willingness to obtain).
