About the Role:

Your Responsibilities Include:
* Providing tailored assistance to clients based on their unique NDIS plans and their stated goals.
* Fostering independence and confidence through daily living activities.
* Encouraging community engagement and inclusion via social and recreational activities.
* Building strong, supportive relationships with clients, families, and networks.
* Implementing effective behavior support strategies tailored to individual needs.
* Ensuring the safety and well-being of clients through accurate documentation.
What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience in disability support is advantageous.
* Familiarity with the NDIS framework and principles is a plus.
* A compassionate and empathetic approach to client care.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
* Certification in Disability Services (Certificate III or IV) or equivalent.
* Current First Aid certification and a valid driver's license with access to a reliable vehicle.
* Possession of Yellow and Blue cards is required
* Must have a reliable vehicle with full comprehensive insurance coverage.

We are covered by the SCHADS Award, and starting pay point will be determined by experience and/or qualifications.
