Job Overview
The Research Excellence and Support Hub (RES Hub) plays a vital role in fostering collaboration and innovation among the UTS research community.
This role presents an exceptional opportunity to lead the RES Hub team on a fixed-term basis, driving operational management and continuous improvement to deliver value to our researchers.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance RES Hub's services, tools, and content, supporting excellent research practices and collaborations within the UTS community.

* Strategic Planning
o Develop and implement comprehensive strategic plans to drive the growth and development of RES Hub.
* Communication and Writing
o Translate complex information into clear, concise language for diverse audiences.
* Event Management
o Coordinate logistics and manage events that promote RES Hub's services and foster collaboration among researchers.
* Time Management and Prioritization
o Effectively prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Organizational and Relationship Management
o Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including academics, professional staff, and graduate research students.
* Project Evaluation and Measurement
o Design and implement evaluation frameworks to assess the impact and effectiveness of RES Hub's services.
