Key Responsibilities
* Warmly greet and seat guests, providing menus and a welcoming vibe.
* Take accurate orders, including special requests and dietary needs.
* Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
* Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and respond to requests.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation across service areas.
* Communicate effectively with the kitchen to ensure smooth service.
* Process payments accurately and efficiently.
* Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance the guest experience.
* Follow all safety and hygiene protocols, ensuring a clean and safe environment.
* Contribute to team goals and uphold QT's high standards of service.
What You'll Bring
* 1+ years' worth of experience as a F&B attendant or waitstaff in restaurants, events or hotels.
* Proven knowledge of food and beverage items, including wine and cocktails (training will be provided).
* Warm, friendly and approachable manor.
* Must be able to carry multiple plates and clear tables.
* Be able to anticipate the guests needs and be adaptable.
* Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
* Flexible to work across different days including weekends and evenings.
