This role will be responsible for contributing to the overall marketing strategy and executing across Email, SMS, App and Website.
As part of the marketing team this role will also assist in Video Content Creation with the Marketing Manager and Marketing Assistant.Your day to day will look like:Work with the marketing team to develop content themes, brainstorming new ways to retain customers, ensuring consumer and platform trends are at the forefront of your mindManage CRM communications through email marketing, SMS and App Push ensuring success through campaign segmenting and automation journeysManage App and Onsite Customer Journey Strategy through content updates, landing pages, promotional banners and onsite promotional activity.Brief in Email, SMS, App and Website Assets to the Graphic Designer and work with the Marketing Assistant to execute schedulingAssist in video content creation as led by the Marketing Manager to assist across Social Media & Paid Media channels.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field2-3 years of experience in e-commerce marketingStrong copy writing and communication skillsVideo content editing skills in CapCutExperience with analytics and reporting toolsExperience in Shopify & CRM PlatformsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamResults-driven with a proactive approach to problem-solvingPassion for the health & wellness industryIf you are interested in applying for this position, please submit your resume and cover letter.
