About the role
We are seeking someone to join the team to offer Admin and Office Support based in Gladstone.
This role is permanent part time, offering school hours 9:00am to 2pm – Monday to Friday.
Given the nature of the business, this role will suit candidates with Admin experience who may be keen to learn the basic drafting skills using Auto CAD.
Job Responsibilities
* General reception duties
* Answering client enquiries
* Filing, data entry, and scanning
* Booking flights and accommodation
* Assisting the wider administration function
* Ensuring the smooth running of the office
* Maintaining stakeholder relationships
* New jobs and client setups
* Raising client invoices
About you
To be successful in this role you will be dedicated and driven, with the ability to think outside the box.
