This role suits someone who understands that strong administration, organisation, and follow-through are essential to keeping a fast-moving business operating smoothly. It is an admin-heavy role with meaningful customer interaction, brand management, and operational responsibility.

About the role
This is a hands-on position supporting sales, operations, brands, customers, and leadership.
Key responsibilities include:
* Sales administration, quoting, and customer follow-ups
* Managing emails, phone enquiries, and internal systems
* Managing specific brands and learning them in depth to become the internal brand expert
* Managing specific customer sectors and building long-term relationships
* Face-to-face and in-store sales support
* Social media support and basic marketing input
* Assisting with basic accounting and administrative tasks
* Supporting trade shows and supplier relationships
* Assisting and supporting the Managing Director with day-to-day operations, priorities, and execution
* Jumping in where required to support the wider team and business

* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Comfortable in an admin-heavy role
* Proactive, reliable, and self-motivated
* Confident communicating with customers and suppliers
* Computer savvy with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
* Takes ownership and follows tasks through to completion
* Values teamwork, accountability, and a low-drama working environment

* Shopify experience
* Google AdWords or digital marketing exposure
* Fast and accurate typing skills
* Sales or customer service experience
* Experience managing brands, product categories, or customer sectors
* Defence, law enforcement, or related industry exposure (advantageous but not essential)
