Technical Services Specialist - Parts

We are seeking a dedicated Technical Services Specialist - Parts to join our Customer Service team at boss-plow. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on solving technical issues and providing exceptional support to our distributors, dealers, and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

* Primary Technical Contact: Provide technical parts advice and support to the Customer Service team, dealer network, and direct customers, utilizing strong customer focus and ability to work across internal teams.

* Customer Order Management: Process and manage customer orders, follow up on back orders, and provide updates to customers, demonstrating excellent time management and organizational skills.

* Technical Assistance: Assist customer service with parts interpretation, technical information, and product specifications, showcasing strong numeracy and literacy skills.

* Communication with OEMs: Establish and develop communication with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) as needed, highlighting ability to handle customer complaints professionally and maintain successful business relationships.

* Productivity Improvement: Implement procedures to increase productivity and efficiency, working in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.

* Rework Coordination: Help to coordinate rework programs with Warranty and Product Manager - Equipment, demonstrating willingness to attend training locally as necessary.


Qualifications:

* Experience in a technical role in a commercial environment, preferably in lawn and garden or OEM equipment.

* Strong customer focus with the ability to work across internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences, utilizing SAP RP/3 and Infor CRM if familiar.

* Excellent PC and Microsoft Office literacy, with strong numeracy and literacy skills.

* Familiarity with safe working practices and ability to work in a collaborative and supportive work environment.


Other Requirements:

* Ability to handle customer complaints professionally and maintain successful business relationships, while working in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.

* Strong time management and organizational skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

* Willingness to attend training locally as necessary, and adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
