Assistant Store Manager Opportunity

The successful candidate will support the Store Manager in leading a team of sales assistants and contributing to the store's success. Key responsibilities include:
* Maintaining efficient store operations to achieve optimal results in sales targets, KPIs, and visual merchandising.
* Motivating the team to meet KPIs and added value targets.
* Monitoring store sales to achieve targets and identifying areas for improvement.
* Effectively managing wage costs and adhering to rostering standards.
* Cultivating high morale and encouraging individual development within the team.
