What you bring (experience & qualifications)
1. 2-3 years of consulting experience in insurance with focus on complex and critical IT transformations; candidates with consulting experience strongly preferred
2. In lieu of consulting experience, 2+ years minimum industry experience required; 2-3+ years of industry experience strongly preferred
3. Master's Degree required, PhD preferred
4. Willingness to travel internationally
5. Fluency in English and German
6. Strong business acumen and problem-solving capabilities
7. Strong written and verbal communication skills
