Requirements include:
* Strong construction procurement skills and contract management expertise
* Comprehensive knowledge of SOPA Act and compliance procedures

* Attention to detail and top-tier organisational skills
* Experience in managing mid-large construction projects or finance management OR experience rolling out construction management software
* A Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, or related field (Certifications in Contract Management are highly desirable)
