As the business continues its expansion, they’re now looking to strengthen their Victorian sales presence with a strong, commercially minded Sales Consultant/BDM who thrives on building momentum and creating recent opportunities.
About the Opportunity This is a role for someone who loves the chase.
You’ll be the face of a modern technology suite that includes:
business phone and communication systems
cyber security solutions
AI-driven tools

Your focus will be simple:
open doors, build trust quickly, and close high-value deals. If you enjoy being out in the field meeting business owners, problem-solving on the fly, and driving revenue, this is your arena.
What You’ll Be Doing Owning the full sales cycle — prospecting, presenting, negotiating, and converting.
Running proactive outbound activity, with a heavy focus on in-person meetings.
Meeting with owners, directors, and senior decision-makers to uncover gaps and provide tailored solutions.
Building a strong, sustainable pipeline across the SME market in your region.
Delivering clear value propositions across communications, IT, cyber, AI, and marketing offerings.
Closing confidently — many opportunities move quickly and are wrapped up in the first meeting.
Tracking performance closely and consistently hitting (or beating) your targets.
Leveraging dedicated monthly marketing support to power your lead generation.

About You You’ll excel in this role if you’re:
Experienced in B2B sales, ideally within tech, telco, IT, SaaS, or a related field.
Confident speaking with senior decision-makers and presenting value clearly.
Comfortable with outbound activity — face‑to‑face, cold calls, door‑knocking, or territory development.
Motivated, hungry, and used to working to targets.
Organised and capable of managing your own pipeline and schedule with autonomy.
Resilient, adaptable, and energised by a fast‑paced environment.
