Executive Culinary Leader

Daily food preparation, menu planning, and stock management are crucial aspects of this position. The successful applicant will also oversee rostering and wage costs, lead the performance and development of the kitchen brigade, and champion a positive team culture.
To excel in this role, the candidate will need to demonstrate proven experience as a Sous Chef or Executive Chef, excellent communication skills, and relevant culinary qualifications. Additionally, they must hold Food Safety Supervisor certification and have full-time working rights in Australia.
