Salary: $158,564 - $167,547 a year.
Hours: 45.6 hours per fortnight (per week 22.8 hours) on a permanent part‐time basis.
Position overview
Senior Clinical Psychologist – Breast Clinic Service, Fiona Stanley Hospitals Group.
Key responsibilities
* Deliver a specialised clinical psychology service within the Breast Clinic Service, including assessment, formulation, and evidence‐based interventions for patients.
* Provide expert consultation, liaison, and education to the Breast Clinic Service teams and to Clinical Psychology Registrars and students.
* Plan, implement, and evaluate psychological care in accordance with the Psychology Board of Australia (AHPRA) standards, WA Health Code of Conduct, and department values.
* Supervise and support continuous professional development of registrars, students, and allied health staff.
* Maintain accurate, compliant clinical documentation and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications and experience
* Master's or Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology.
* Good standing with full registration and endorsement in Clinical Psychology.
* Effective communication and collaboration skills, with demonstrated experience working within hospital multidisciplinary teams.
* Knowledge of, and commitment to, AHPRA standards, WA Health Code of Conduct, and ethics in psychological practice.
* Experience providing consultation and education to clinical teams preferred.
