About the Role
In this commercially focused and business‑facing role, you will work with senior leadership teams to deliver insights that shape day‑to‑day decisions and long‑term strategy.
You will be responsible for:
* Analysing sales trends, margin performance, and profitability.
* Partnering with operational leaders to understand performance drivers and identify improvement opportunities.
* Supporting trading decisions, pricing initiatives, and category performance reviews.
* Consolidating and communicating monthly performance results.
* Leading budgeting and forecasting cycles across retail operations.
* Providing analysis for new product ranges, store initiatives, and commercial opportunities.
* Enhancing reporting tools and dashboards to support faster, data‑driven decision making.
* Presenting insights and recommendations directly to leadership teams.
About You
* CA/CPA qualified with 3-6 years' experience in commercial analysis or FP&A.
* Strong financial and commercial modelling skills.
* A proactive, energetic approach while being hands‑on and close to the business
* Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to think strategically
* Experience within retail, FMCG, or any fast‑paced, product‑driven industry (highly regarded)
