About the Role
As Sales Manager, you'll take ownership of the end-to-end sales operation — driving performance, building culture, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
You'll lead from the front, coaching and mentoring your team while developing smart sales strategies that maximise volume, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For
* Proven experience as a Sales Manager within the automotive industry
* Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets
* Strong leadership capability with a hands-on, people-focused approach
* Excellent customer engagement and relationship-building skills
* Ability to drive performance while fostering a positive, accountable team culture, with a minimum 3 years' automotive sales management experience
* Proven expertise in digital marketing, online merchandising, and social media lead generation
* Track record of hitting volume and profit targets
* Current Australian driver's license and full working rights
