You’ll be the trusted partner clients rely on as they adopt new software. From mapping workflows to managing implementation timelines, you’ll ensure every client feels supported, confident, and ready to succeed. You’ll also deliver hands‑on training, coordinate data migration, and work closely with internal teams to bring each project to life.
The role:
* Partner with clients throughout onboarding to understand workflow processes and software needs
* Develop tailored action plans and manage implementation projects from initiation to completion
* Coordinate data collection and migration to ensure a smooth transition
* Deliver clear, engaging training sessions to support customer adoption and satisfaction
* Support the successful delivery of all products and services
What we're looking for:
* Tertiary qualifications in Business, IT, or a related field
* SaaS industry experience is essential
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in onboarding, implementation, or customer success
* Strong ability to identify client needs and deliver projects on time and within budget
* Exposure to software development or software project management (client‑facing) is highly regarded
* Self‑motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn
* Strong data management skills, including intermediate–advanced Excel
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Highly organised with proven project management capability
* Strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking abilities
* Able to work autonomously and collaboratively
* Committed to delivering exceptional customer service and positive outcomes
