Healthcare Australia (HCA) is a National organisation that provides a variety of direct and indirect (Agency) services to the Healthcare Sector. We are currently experiencing high demand for our Home Care (Aged in the Home) services and looking for passionate and caring people to join our team to deliver these services. We have immediate demand with clients needing support in the Armadale Area
**About The Role**
Successful applicants will be working with our elderly customers with the goal to help them remain in their own homes for as long as possible and live a fulfilling life independently. Support may include assistance with Daily living, such as domestic support, meal preparations, personal care, and/or community access and participation.

- **$5 p/hour bonus for staff covering 20+ service hours in a week.**:
- $150 Sign on Bonus after completion of 5 shifts

**To be considered**
- Experience supporting the elderly
- Those without experience may be selected for our Home Aide Course
- Cert III + in related sector
- Experience with Bowel care essential
- 6+ Months sector experience desirable but not essential
- Valid AU Drivers Licence
- Reliable vehicle to transport between customer locations (KM's are paid)
- Current First Aid and CPR certificate (or willing to obtain)
- Vaccinated against COVID and current Flu
