About this role:
* Oversee daily construction projects to ensure timely completion, safety, and quality standards.
* Coordinate laborers, subcontractors, suppliers, and site resources effectively.
* Maintain progress records and address any issues promptly to avoid delays.
* Enforce occupational health and safety protocols on site.
* Conduct inspections to guarantee that all work meets client expectations.
* Communicate with clients and teams regarding project updates and needs.
* Provide regular reports on project progress, risks, variations, and efficiency improvements.
About you:
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in construction, building, or supervisory roles.
* Solid knowledge of construction practices, roofing systems, and occupational health and safety regulations.
* Proven ability to coordinate laborers, subcontractors, and suppliers efficiently.
* Strong time-management and multi-project coordination skills.
* Excellent communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
* Prior experience with licenses and insurance in the building industry (desired).
