Production Engineer/Assembly Operative - Penrith
Hours: 37.5 hours per week – Mon to Fri - 8.30am – 5 pm with an hour for lunch
You will join the Penrith workshop team, helping us to ensure the timely assembly of industrial pressure washers and playing an essential role in the supply of quality products to our customers. The ideal candidate will have a basic technical background, enjoy a hands-on approach and have good attention to detail. Most importantly you will be a great team player looking to join a small, welcoming and inclusive team.

Essential Responsibilities of the Role
* Assembly of Industrial Pressure Washers from individual components to functioning machines
* Meeting quality standards.
* Keeping to deadlines for customer demand
* Testing completed machines for quality & performance.
* Keeping accurate records
* Working within health & safety guidelines
* Maintaining a clean and tidy work area
Your new team
The Penrith Workshop team are based in our Head Office in Penrith, so as well as being part of a Workshop you will also regularly interact with many different colleagues from across the organisation. You will be supported by the Technical Support Manager who will ensure you are equipped with the knowledge and tools to complete your role.

What you will need
This position is for you if you are passionate about a hands-on role where you can see results If making things makes you tick, then this is the role for you.
You should have basic mechanical/electrical skills or knowledge and great attention to detail as well as being able to work in a team. Full training will be given, most importantly we are looking for positive can do attitude and the willingness to learn
