Job Opportunity:
* Ongoing management and upkeep of a human resources system, encompassing updates, incident resolution, security enhancements, and patching.
* Annual maintenance and upgrade of the system, including analysis of potential new features to implement.
* Maintenance of cyber security standards and participation in uplift programs as needed.
* Tackling backlog changes – assessing, sizing, and scheduling items prioritized by business needs.
* SUPPORT for the development team, including information on migrating forms into the HR system.
* Continuous knowledge transfer and skill enhancement to current team members.
Essential Requirements:
* Developers with technical expertise in ServiceNow development, including Human Resources Service Delivery, Analytics, Reporting, and Security Operations.
* Familiarity with Performance Analytics.
* Experience in ongoing management and maintenance of the ServiceNow HRSD, including implementation of improvements / changes (currently on backlog), incident management, and security patching.
* Knowledge of annual upgrades, including analysis of opportunities to implement new functionality.
* Ability to transfer skills to upskill the support team in ServiceNow HRSD to enable them to support and enhance the application in the future, following best practice.
