* Assist with user onboarding/offboarding including device setup and system access
* Troubleshoot hardware, software and connectivity issues with care and precision
* Escalate complex issues to senior engineers as needed
* Maintain documentation and contribute to improving internal processes
* Support project delivery, deployments and upgrades across client environments
* Build trust with clients through friendly, proactive and solution-focused communication
About You
* Experience in a helpdesk or IT support role (or relevant qualification such as Cert III/IV, Diploma or equivalent)
* Solid understanding of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, basic networking and endpoint security
* Excellent communication skills — you enjoy helping people and explaining technical concepts simply
* A proactive problem-solver with strong attention to detail
* Comfortable working in a dynamic, growing environment
* A growth mindset — you're ready to learn, adapt and contribute to a scaling team
* Baseline or higher security clearance (or ability to obtain one) is highly regarded
Why Join Secure State

* Work with defence, government and innovative businesses
* Supportive leadership, training and clear career-development pathways
* Opportunities to specialise in cybersecurity, cloud and compliance frameworks
