We are currently seeking an experienced Advisor (Document Control) for a 6 month contract role within Transport and Main Roads (TMR), supporting a Major Project.
This is a great opportunity to contribute to a transformative public project.Job DescriptionAs Advisor, you will be part of the Rail Infrastructure Delivery Office and work closely with the Program Management Office.
You will be responsible for the delivery and oversight of document control services that ensure compliance, accuracy, and timely flow of information across the project lifecycle.Key Responsibilities:Maintain and update the Project Document Control Management PlansEnsure consistent use of document control systems such as InEight (TeamBinder), MS Teams, SharePoint, and Content ManagerSupport internal and external stakeholders to use document management systems correctly and efficientlyProvide document control training sessions and support across teamsManage workflows, track documents, and ensure compliance with project and state record-keeping policiesSupport audits, reporting, and the preparation of official correspondence and documentationAssist in records management, archiving, and information securityThe Successful ApplicantEssential Experience and Skills:Demonstrated experience using InEight Document (TeamBinder) ideally in a project environmentExperience working within major infrastructure or public sector projects is an advantageUnderstanding of governance, compliance, and document control proceduresAbility to support multiple stakeholders and manage competing prioritiesExcellent communication, organisation, and attention to detailWhat's on Offer6-month contract with opportunity for extensionChance to contribute to a high-impact government projectCompetitive hourly rate of $67.13 - $72.96 + superannuationWeekly pay cycle through Michael Page for reliable and consistent incomeOpportunity to work with Transport and Main Roads (TMR), a major Queensland Government department delivering transformative rail infrastructureDedicated one-on-one support from your Michael Page consultant throughout the recruitment process and your contractApplication Requirements: To be considered for this role, please submit:Your CV (maximum five pages)A cover letter (maximum two pages) introducing yourself and outlining how your skills, experience, and attributes align with the role accountabilities and requirementsWe kindly ask to only apply if you have full AU working rights.
