Job Description:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing incoming phone calls, messages, appointments, emails and records. They will also coordinate meetings, manage calendars, and maintain a clean and organized reception and meeting rooms.
In addition, the successful candidate will have the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work independently with minimal supervision. They must be proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
We are looking for someone who is proactive, enthusiastic, and has a positive attitude. The successful candidate will be able to articulate their ideas, communicate effectively, and build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
