Welfare Group Support Officer – 3 Month Assignment
We are seeking skilled Welfare Group Support Officers to assist with a 3‐month assignment in the Northern Territory.
Schedule & Logistics
* Monday to Sunday – nights and weekends required
* Travel to remote locations may be required

What You Will Need
* Driver's license essential and own transport
* Current working with children's card essential
* Must be reliable and punctual
* Must have weekend and night availability
* High attention to detail
* Proven ability to process financial and administrative data accurately
* Well‐developed communication skills and emotional intelligence
* Ability to manage frustrated or difficult clients using conflict resolution
What You Will Be Doing
* Processing applications in accordance with company guidelines
* Verifying claims, invoices and financial information
* Preparing payment requests and supporting reconciliation and reporting obligations
* Providing clear, respectful and professional communication to clients and stakeholders
* Managing difficult, distressed or frustrated clients with empathy and professionalism
* Maintaining accurate records
* Traveling within the Northern Territory, sometimes on short notice to support disaster‐affected regions
