Infrastructure Modernisation Consultant - Contract
We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Systems Engineer to join our high‐performance Professional Services team. This customer‐facing consulting position requires exceptional collaborative skills and the ability to build strong partnerships with our customers and within Datacom.
To be successful in this role you must be an Australian Citizen and hold an NV1 security clearance.
What You'll Do
* Work closely with our Customers, Partners, Sales and Technical teams.
* Ensure assigned IT infrastructure‐based projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to agreed scope.
* Serve as the technical point of contact for implementation services and solutions – provided remotely or on‐site.
* Provide pre‐sales support and expertise to the sales team.

What You'll Bring
* Experience working with external enterprise customers in delivering projects in professional services environments.
* Experience with design, implementation and optimisation of Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange.
* Experience with Virtualisation (VMWare, Hyper‐V, AHV).
* Curiosity and passion for customers and the proven ability to communicate solutions to all levels of customers; comfortable engaging both technical and non‐technical staff.
* Ability to work both independently on competing priorities and as part of a team.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Desirable additional experience:
* Backup and recovery (Commvault, Veeam).
* Hyperconverged technologies (Nutanix, Dell, Cisco).
