**Fullfilment Manager - Dan Murphy's**
**About the Opportunity**
Your role within the team will be to lead fulfilment operations for the pick by Dans Murphys proposition at the Rydalmere site, continually improving the operation and performance, while willing to get involved in all aspects of the business.
**A day in the life of a Fulfillment Manager**
- Manage the day to day operational performance and outcomes for fulfilment and delivery activities
- Be a proactive communicator and develop partner action plans to improve key outcome and KPIs
- Create and implement all operational plans to achieve our customer promise.
- Manage the cost centre Budget of 2M across transport, warehouse and fulfilment operations.
- Manage the stakeholder relationship including the internal brands for all fulfilment transport and warehouse operations.
- Be the key contact for delivery business for Subscription business execution their delivery initiatives.
- Work with the National Manager and Analyst to execute the strategic evolution of our Endeavour Groups fulfilment strategy.
- Ensure completion of future planning and ordering of required upcoming SKUs and BOM components.
- Manage the SOH volume and productivity in the Warehouse environment in reducing cost to pick and LTTI.
- Coordinating the logistics of purchase orders, stock transfers, deliveries, tagging, and processing
- Understand volume forecast projections and ensure business partners and teams are aligned and planned to execute our customer commitments
- Lead and influence a safety culture for our staff contractors and customers.
- Ensure our key partners and contractors are ware and execute RSA, and COR compliance obligations.
- Be a connected team member of the customer connections team, share experiences, grow relationships, and find opportunities to explore synergies and work end to end as one team and one business.
- Lead and develop a positive culture that expires Growth and development opportunities for a team of 20 people.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- **3 years+ relevant experience**:
- **Proficient with with fulfilment and transport operating system-ECF**:
- **Proficient with MS Powerpoint/Google Slides**
**Desirable**:
- Store fulfillment experience
- Logistics supply chain management Degree
- Fulfilment operations
- Tableau /Power Bi/Data Studio
