Assistant Store Manager
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Assistant Store Manager to join our retail team. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining a positive work environment.
Job Description:
The Assistant Store Manager will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager with day-to-day operations, including visual merchandising, inventory management, and staff supervision. This includes coaching and developing store associates to deliver exceptional customer service and meeting sales targets.
* Assist the Store Manager with managing the store's visual presentation, ensuring that the store looks its best at all times.
* Coach and develop store associates to improve their customer service skills and meet sales targets.
* Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and controlling controllable costs.
* Lead the store in the absence of the Store Manager on duty.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong time management and organizational skills.
* Previous experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in a retail environment.
