RichmindWA is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our Living Well Community Care Unit. Living Well is a contemporary, recovery-focused 20‑bed residential service delivered by RichmindWA (RW) in partnership with Cyrenian House and South Metropolitan Health Service. It supports adults with a long history of mental distress who require intensive rehabilitation and recovery services for up to 18 months.
In this role, you'll partner closely with the Service Manager to deliver safe, high‑quality mental health recovery and rehabilitation services. This role will provide staff management, triage and intake oversight, and champion recovery.

What we're looking for:
* A tertiary qualification in mental health, community services, allied health, or a related field is required.
* Experience in mental health or community services, with a proven ability to lead and inspire teams.
* Knowledge of mental health recovery‑oriented practice and person‑centred care.
* Strong skills and experience in communication, decision making, problem‑solving, and stakeholder engagement.
* Demonstrated ability to deliver service outcomes on time and in compliance with funding accreditation body requirements.
* Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Demonstrated interest in community and social outcomes.
* A personal alignment with the values of RichmindWA.
* Action oriented and is accountable to achieve results in line with set timeframes.
* Experience leading or managing mental health or residential services.
* Experience of working within partnership and clinical services.
* Comprehensive understanding of LARU, OCP and MHC.
* Lived experience of mental health recovery (personal or as a carer).
This role is full time, working Monday to Friday, based at Living Well – Community Care Unit.
